After famously depicting Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst and many others, Meryl Streep can officially add Donald Trump to her acting repertoire.
The Oscar-winning actress appeared at the annual Shakespeare in the Park Public Theater Gala last night at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, New York. Streep performed “Brush Up Your Shakespeare” from the hit musical Kiss Me, Kate, but the very noticeable twist was that she came out wearing a fat suit, orange face paint, and a getup that very much resembled the style of a certain presumptive GOP nominee.

The song is usually sung by male gangsters as they discuss the best ways to attract women. Streep was assisted by Mamma Mia! costar Christine Baranski, whom Entertainment Weekly reported was dressed as Hillary Clinton to complete the effect.
‘You’ll let me know, why all the women say no,’ Meryl sung, while Christine belted ‘Brush up your Shakespeare and the women you will wow’.
