Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov will speak to reporters at the Russian Embassy today, following his meeting at the White House with President Trump.
Before Lavrov met with Trump, he joined Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to discuss multiple international issues at the State Department. During this meeting, Lavrov seemed to mess with reporters when he was asked for his thoughts about how FBI Director James Comey was fired from his job last night.
The American press was not allowed to join the White House meeting, though the Kremlin has released photos showing Trump speaking with Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kisliak.
