Federal Judge Allows Emoluments Lawsuit Against President Trump To Proceed

Last year, Maine Gov. Paul LePage stayed at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C. On Wednesday, a federal judge cited the visit as evidence in an emoluments case against President Trump.
