CBS’ Board of Directors have announced that they are appointing an outside counsel to launch an investigation into Les Moonves‘ alleged sexual misconduct following a bombshell New Yorker report Friday.
The network confirmed the news in a Monday statement, saying “no other action was taken on this matter at today’s board meeting.” As such, it would seem Moonves will not be suspended as the media executive continues to deal with multiple women accusing him of inappropriate behavior.
